What are your pronouns etc?

I'm fine with either he/him or they/them pronouns. I often use masculine terms to jokingly describe myself (boy, lad, man etc) but am just nonbinary. I'm asexual / biromantic. I'm not sex-repulsed, but I don't really care for conversing about it.

Why bees?

Bees are cute. They're brightly coloured, work incredibly hard all the time, and only put good things out into the world.

How long have you been drawing?

For as long as I can remember, I've always been into drawing! My family always encouraged it, and I looked up to my grandmother, aunts and great aunts who were all painters in some way. My dream job as a child was to illustrate books. I started taking art more seriously throughout school, and began drawing digitally in 2008. In 2013 I started a university course for Game Design at RMIT in Melbourne. This allowed me to practise art and creativity with a more specific direction. I left in 2015 and turned to webcomics and graphic novels instead of pursuing game design.

How do I get better at art?

Draw every day, to get better at the practise of drawing, and for it to come more naturally. Draw from life and use references to get better at understanding how form and figure works. Create your own character (OC) to always have something to draw when you feel you're out of ideas. Use websites like Pinterest and Lookbook for ideas and inspiration. Make sure you're drawing things you like, and to have fun with art so it doesn't feel like a chore. Make artist friends, and surround yourself with people who are proud of you, who inspire and challenge you. If you're comfortable drawing but want to push yourself and get better all around, start a comic. It combines discipline to update regularly, repetition to draw frequently, and challenge to draw new things and improve with every page.

Can I send you something in the mail?

I no longer have a PO Box address! I hope to get a new PO Box once I have bought my own home.

Do you take requests? Will you draw ___ for me?

I don't draw free requests. You're welcome to commission me when my commissions are open.

What are your digital brush settings?

I use a mix of default tools and my own custom made brushes. The default brushes I use are the Design Pencil, G-Pen, Gouache Blender, and Soft Airbrush (Clip Studio Paint). All my custom brushes and fonts can be downloaded from my Ko-fi page with a $1 donation.

How long have you been gaming?

Growing up I had two older brothers (6 and 7 years older) who were both avid gamers, so I've been gaming since I was a baby. Though we played various consoles and handhelds as kids, I started playing Runescape when I was 7, which I think started the majority of my online experiences.
