There are so many ways to integrate your vtuber with your stream, there will likely be multiple plugins with the same functionality. I'll be focusing on my favourite/preferred options, but know there's plenty more that you can explore or build yourself.
Unfortunately, plugins are where Mac compatibility starts to weaken, but there are still some web-based chatbots and tools you can find on the plugin directory.

Twitch Integrated Throwing System (T.I.T.S.)
Functionality: Throw things at your vtuber.

T.I.T.S. adds an overlay in OBS that interacts with your model, whacking it when thrown objects hit you. You can download unique "throwables" from artists on Twitter and Ko-fi, including 3D objects, PNGs, GIFs, and custom sound effects. Throwables can be set up for channel point redeems, chat commands, and stream events like subs, donations, follows and raids.
